First of all, I appreciate that Taylor's university gave me the opportunity to perform as a trainee. Unlike the first internship, I had chosen to try working in a pure restaurant environment. I already have a rough idea about restaurant which attached with hotel. Therefore, I tried to find my own placement in OSO ristorante Singapore. OSO ristorante is a Italian restaurant which located in the central business district. It is an unforgettable experience in my growth journey. I have to say thank you to the people including chefs, HR and the owners from the restaurant. In this 15 weeks, everyone i had met, giving me certain lessons after i got closed to them. This is what makes me grow and become who I am now.

TGC(taloyr's graduate capabilities) helped me to handle lots of situation during this internship such as thinking and problem solving skills ( when handling emergency cases), communication skills( get along with kitchen team as well as front of the house) and interpersonal skills (follow up the head chef instruction).
